Analisis Ketahanan Pangan dan Korelasi Pengeluaran Pangan dengan Konsumsi Energi dan Protein Rumah Tangga Petani Padi Sawah di Kabupaten Sragen

Food security is the availability of food and the ability to obtain it. Food expenditure is closely related to energy and protein consumption. The survey location is Patihan Village, Sidoharjo District, Regency Sragen with a total of 50 respondents. The data analyzed included 1) the share of food costs in total household expenditure, 2) the level of household consumption and protein consumption, 3) food security, 4) the correlation of the share of food costs in household energy and protein consumption. The results showed that the share of food costs for paddy growing households in Sragen Regency was 48% of the total expenditure. The energy and protein consumption are known to be 86.94% and 113.79% respectively. The state of food security is divided into 48% food security, 24% food scarcity, 16% food vulnerability and 12% food insecurity. The correlation between food cost percentage and energy and protein consumption shows a negative relationship, namely -0.2980 for energy and -0.345 for protein.References
